Program: BoDog Fight

Summary:The initial promotion of a single BoDogFight.com’s pay-per-view fight in three major markets was so incredibly successful that it has been turned into an ongoing nationwide awareness campaign for the BoDog Fight brand! The promotion centers around a large branded BoDog Fight truck with a “fighting ring” on the truck bed. Trained mixed martial arts fighters spar in “Red Light Fights” at various hotspots while sexy ring girls in branded clothing pump up the excited crowd of onlookers, pass out collateral and deliver key messaging to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the BoDogFight.com website. Role: Clamchowder Entertainment researches various hotspots specific for our client’s target market in cities nationwide, coordinates the scheduling, pick-up and delivery of all trucks, branded clothing and promotional items, handles the hiring, training, and scheduling of each market’s field manager, assistant manager, and ring girls, as well as the coordination of the fighters. We are also responsible for photos/video footage and event recaps for client, and payroll.

Program: CareerBuilder.com

Summary:An exciting ongoing promotion to generate awareness of CareerBuilder.com resources in cities nationwide. Team members dress in hilarious and eye-catching costumes, deliver unique key messaging in a comedy-commercial format, and hand out collateral at events and venues specific to the specialized target markets. The promotion increased awareness of the website and traffic to the website, as well as educated consumers regarding the resources available on the website.


Role: Clamchowder Entertainment is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and payroll for each market’s field manager and brand ambassadors. We provide and strategically place ambassadors in all niche spots throughout the promotion to entertain and inform potential customers about the services of CareerBuilder.com.

Program: Volvo Mall Tour

Summary: Volvo’s one month holiday mall promotion in three major markets included new Volvos on display inside the mall for consumers to check out (with a Volvo staff on hand to answer questions), win-a-car raffles, and “charity gift wrapping” where cheerful and talented gift wrappers wrapped customers’ mall purchases and invited customers to donate to various nonprofit organizations. The staff was so incredible that they received numerous compliments that their wrapping rivaled the top department stores of professional wrappers and even had several celebrity visits!! Our staff really got into the holiday spirit by going to extra mile-one manager even recruited local firefighters to come by and donate their time to wrap for the Fallen Firefighter charity sponsorship. The staff went out of their way by personally informing individual stores of their services, hanging signs and creating samples, making friends with the “regular customers” to keep them coming back, and donating their own money regularly into the register! The promotion was very successful in showcasing the new Volvo line, generating potential customer contact lists, and creating a great buzz!


Role: Clamchowder Entertainment provided the field managers and all gift wrappers for each market. Responsibilities included hiring, scheduling, payroll and supervision of each market’s staff. Our management and staff were responsible for all facets of the program – event site relationships, scheduling, promotion/awareness, inventory tracking and supply, and photos/event recaps for client. All payroll for the entire program ran through Clamchowder Entertainment.

Program: Brainstorm Smart Gum Product Launch

Summary:An exciting three month promotional initiative to generate awareness of the new energy gum-Brainstorm Smart Gum! Team members delivered key messaging and handed out samples at unique events and venues specific to the specialized target market, as well as building relationships and stocking samples with point-of-sale businesses in this niche market.


Role: Clamchowder Entertainment performed extensive research and niche location scouting for creative sampling events/venues and related businesses to sample and eventually retail the product. Clamchowder also handled the hiring, training, scheduling and payroll for each market’s field manager and brand ambassadors. We provided and strategically placed ambassadors in all niche spots throughout the promotion to educate and inform potential customers about the benefits of this new gum, hand out samples, as well as create and maintain relationships with businesses to be an integral part of the initial sampling and eventual retail carriers.

Program: Spin Gum Product Launch

Summary: An exciting three month promotional initiative to generate awareness of the new energy gum-SPIN! Program: Jack Daniels Summer Tour

Summary: Jack Daniels awareness campaign for the Latino market. Program was executed in New York City. Program used guerilla intercept sampling at traditional bars, clubs and lounge venues, and event days at fairs/festivals, and athletic events. The program was originally scheduled for a 12 week run but was so successful that another 4 weeks were quickly added…and has currently been running for over a year and continues to run indefinitely. Because of the wildly successful NYC tour, Clamchowder’s Chicago leg of the tour is scheduled to be ongoing with no prescheduled ending date.

Role: Clamchowder Entertainment provided a field manager and all samplers. Responsibilities included hiring, training, scheduling, payroll and supervision of each market’s samplers. Program: Moxi Product Launch

Summary: Launch of the new Moxi DVR television cable system in 3 major markets for a summer campaign blitz to create a “buzz” for the exciting new system. Digeo wanted to get the Moxi name out to consumers and for it to “be seen everywhere” in the form of thousands of bright orange t-shirts with clever taglines. The specific focus was to inform consumers of the new product's features through a demo set up in Moxi branded Hummers with a knowledgeable system specialist, accompanied with t-shirt giveaways and live radio station broadcasts. Over 120,000 consumers were introduced to Moxi during the promotion and sales for the system have increased in all markets.


Role: Clamchowder Entertainment coordinated the scheduling, pick-up and delivery of all trucks and promotional items, in addition to handling the hiring, training, and scheduling of each market’s field manager and street team members. We provided and strategically placed Street Teams in all markets for the campaign. Guerilla marketing in all hotspots maximized the number of potential consumers reached. We were also responsible for photos/event recaps for client, and payroll.

Program: Cha Dao Tea Company

Summary: Clamchowder Entertainment was instrumental in launching these new teas in Organic To Go foodstores along the West Coast. Clamchowder promotion specialists conducted sampling, taste tests, and informed consumers of the health benefits of these organic teas.
